Digital Content Manager

Job description

Harris Hill is recruiting a Digital Content Manager on behalf of a national charity working to improve the lives of vulnerable children across the UK. This organisation has provided care and support service to children for over 100 years and are one of the country's leading charities that both campaigns for children's rights and also influence's policy that affect's children.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and leading on the implementation of the digital content strategy to ensure audience-centric content across marketing emails, social media, website and digital advertising. Working closely with the Digital Platform and Marketing Manager you will provide training, guidance and support to ensure high quality content is created, published and analysed across the entire organisation.

In order to be considered for this role you will have a track record in writing creative web content, engaging social content and be a compelling storyteller. Skills required include email marketing, CMS use, SEO and analytics, UX/user research, and content marketing and design.

You will also be responsible for the line-management of two members of staff and will be experienced in performance management and staff development.
