Director of Development

Director of Development

Harris Hill is delighted to be working in partnership with Global Canopy in their search for their brand new Director of Development.

The Director of Development will oversee all of their income streams - restricted (including trusts and grants and government grants), unrestricted, and earned income. The role holder will be a key contributor to the senior leadership team and work closely with other leaders to deliver on their ambitious strategy for 2021-2026.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience of:

  • Working within the climate or international space (and ideal, rather than an essential)
  • Previous experience of leading a team and working on strategy.
  • Experience or a core understanding of both restricted and unrestricted income, especially around programmatic work.
