I am currently looking for a Donations Processing Administrator for a well-established membership organisation.
Responsible for ensuring a prompt and appropriate response to all member and public communications to develop lasting relationships with active and potential supporters.
Responsible for data capturing and processing financial transactions, membership subscriptions, donations and tasks associated with membership subscriptions of all types, ensuring a prompt and appropriate acknowledgement to new and potential supporters.
Responsible for proactively ensuring that Members retain their membership, and by dealing with issues or problems to minimise complaints.
Support Membership retention by listening and responding to the needs of each member. Provide a customer service throughout the supporter journey, focusing on building long-lasting relationships.
Investigate and research subscriptions and payments problems or issues, liaising with other departments where necessary to reach a resolve, ensuring the customer is kept up to date throughout.
Acknowledge and thank all membership subscription payments in an appropriate, proactive and timely manner with tailored, personalised and concise responses where necessary.
Respond to high volumes and a diverse range of enquiries, via multiple communications channels in an appropriate, proactive and timely manner.
Handle and process a range of payments, including cash, cheques, credit/debit cards and Direct Debits, relating to subscriptions and donations, and maximise contributions to Ramblers by encouraging Gift Aid sign up. Encourage retention by offering monthly payment options, concessionary rates and donations.
