Events Coordinator

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Events Coordinator for an international charity based in central London in order to work with the Special Events Manager in continuing the development of a sector-leading events programme.


Events Coordinator will:

Organise and implement events, coordinate logistical and promotional tasks.

Work mainly on corporate events, and occasionally on individual donor events.

Provide a consultancy support service to the charity’s UK Branches.


In order to be successful, you must have:

Proven track record of coordinating the delivery of successful, high profile, fundraising events

Experience of managing compliance with health and safety and risk assessments

Familiarity with the current Codes of Fundraising practice as laid down by the Fundraising Regulator as well as current GDPR regulations

Knowledge of marketing events in a business context

Excellent command of Microsoft Office - in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint–and experience of using a database, preferably Raisers Edge

Experience in event fundraising or relevant sales/project or account management in a similar sector or role



Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum

Contract type: Permanent, full time 35hrs per week

Location: Central London, hybrid working , 1 day in the office

Deadline: 1st March at 8am
