Harris Hill is delighted to be working with the Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Service (RSASS), South Buckinghamshire, to recruit a new Executive Director.

The Rape & Sexual Abuse Support Service (RSASS) provides free, confidential support and information to female survivors of sexual violence.

Previously known as Rape Crisis (Wycombe, Chiltern & South Bucks), we support women in South Buckinghamshire and Slough aged 16 years and over, regardless of their race, cultural background, sexual orientation or disability.

We support women who have been raped or sexually assaulted by a stranger or someone known to them, for example, a partner, spouse or family member. We also help women who have experienced domestic abuse, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), honour-based violence, forced marriage, harassment or stalking.

We can help with online or face to face counselling, telephone support, help to attend health or housing appointments, befriending, self-help groups, and advocacy support through the criminal justice process.

Contract: Permanent

The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in a project-based environment; recruiting, training and line managing staff and volunteers; and identifying gaps in service provision and developing new services to fill gaps. The next Executive Director will review the current provision of the service and develop a Strategy and Business Plan to take the organisation to the next stage.
