Finance Analyst

Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for the management of utility costs in the organisations retail stores and offices, keeping expenditure to a minimum.

Please note, hybrid working is currently in place with this organisation. They have a London office as well as one in Surrey, too.

As Finance Analyst, you will:
- Act as the main point of contact between retail shops and the utility suppliers and
directly reporting to the Finance Operation Manager
- Supervise the Utilities Administrator, ensuring daily tasks are completed
- Provide analysis and reconciliation of monthly utility costs & supplier statements
- Post month end accruals for utility costs to deadlines

The successful applicant will:
- Have demonstrable experience within finance in a similar role within the charity sector
- Fully understand the areas of utilities to enable cost control
- Be part qualified (CCAB or CIMA accountant)
- Have excellent communication, both written and verbal
