Harris Hill are very pleased to be working with a UK based animal charity to recruit a Fundraising Coordinator to support with the planning, delivery and administration of the charities fundraising activities. This work will help to ensure a sustained programme of research grants to members of their community.

You will join the charity at an interesting time, as their fundraising strategy is being reviewed to ensure future sustainability, and you will play in key role in the development of this new strategy.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Administration of fundraising campaigns, creating fundraising materials, distribution of those materials and monitoring fundraised income as a result. You will then create reports and maintain records of fundraising successes.
• Developing engaging marketing materials, targeting the charities communities of vets and pet owners.
• Managing the charities social media presence and website, including writing copy for the website, magazines and member emails
• Working with the communications team to ensure fundraising messaging and promotions are effectively and successful communicated with target audiences.

This position would ideally suit a candidate with some work experience who is looking to develop their career in fundraising and marketing. Joining a small team you will have a hands on approach and be able to have real influence over the fundraising and marketing activities of this charity. A love of animals would also be beneficial!
