Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a brilliant charity based in Surrey who are looking for a fundraising leader to become their next Head of Development. You will be leading a team of 4 fundraisers and working closely with the senior leadership team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has 3+ years of fundraising experience (ideally within a high value income stream) to join this fast growing team!
They are at an exciting time of growth. Within this role you will:
Increase levels of development income from individual donors, community groups, corporates and Trusts and Foundations; stewarding key donor relationships.
Devising strategies to grow new areas of development income; and delivering an annual programme of fundraising events.
Manage a team of 4.
To apply for this role you will need to:
Have experience of raising 5/6 figures within either Major Donors, Trusts or Corporates.
Ideally 3+ years' experience and line management
Excitement and passion to work with a national charity at the senior management level

Salary range is between £50,000 - £55,000
