An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Head of Individual Giving to lead Air Ambulance - Kent, Surrey, Sussex's (KSSAT) approach to individual giving, including regular donations, cash or one-off donations and payroll giving.
The role will advance existing activity as well as drive innovation and growth through new campaigns and products. In doing so, it will act as a key support to the Director of Individual Giving in ensuring that the department achieves its income generation goals.
The post-holder should be adept at managing teams, priorities and operational budgets, and experience of working within a charity or marketing environment would be highly desirable. You should be forward thinking and able to self-motivate, with the ability to lead campaigns and coordinate activity across different teams. Relationship and influencing skills will be important, alongside the ability to identify and deliver both tactical and long-term improvements for the organisation. The post-holder will also possess the people skills required to motivate, develop and retain staff.
