Role: High Value Giving Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be partnering with Derbyshire Wildlife Trust in their search for a High Value Giving Manager. Derbyshire Wildlife Trust are a small charity with a big vision and a big impact. Derbyshire Wildlife Trust is the only organisation in Derbyshire working to protect and enhance wildlife and wild places throughout the county. They are a Registered Charity, supported by more than 14,000 members.  Derbyshire Wildlife Trust is uniquely positioned to lead change in Derbyshire, being grass roots and local whilst also being part of a strong, cohesive movement of 47 Trusts with a collective membership of over 800,000.

As the new High Value Giving Manager you will be developing and driving the Major Donor programme whilst working cross departmentally to take advantage and find new opportunities within the Individual Giving team and Corporate Partnerships Programme. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of improvement and philanthropic giving.

To be considered for this role you must have a proven track record of securing gifts from high net worth individuals (5/6 figure) and have a solid understanding of the current fundraising landscape. The ideal candidate will not only have experience of major donor fundraising but will come equipped with a solid understanding of the other fundraising streams. Line management experience would be ideal but not essential. This role will manage the Corporate Partnerships Officer.
