I am currently working with an amazing animal charity in search of an Income & Engagement Assistant. This is a central role within the charity's Income and Engagement Team, acting as a key point of contact for supporter enquiries, information and customer care within the team, and supporting campaigns and other departmental activity.

Main duties:
Ensure that supporter records and income are accurately recorded on The Raisers Edge Database and that all donors receive the information they require in an appropriate, friendly and timely manner.
Support the delivery of fundraising and engagement campaigns e.g. direct mail and online.
Provide administrative support to the Director of Income & Engagement and wider team.
Work with the Supporter Care Officer and other teams to manage and reconcile incoming donation and legacy information, including cheques, CAF vouchers, online statements, credit card payments, and Gift Aid, enter and code them on Raisers Edge and thank within agreed timescales.
Respond to queries from the general public about fundraising activities, work closely with other teams to ensure enquiries are dealt with quickly and effectively maximise fundraising opportunities.
Support the appeal creation and development process by coordinating production schedules and supporting the generation of content for use in appeals and communications.
Support team members in engaging with supporters by assisting in the production of newsletters, appeals and other communications
Support digital fundraising and communications colleagues in the planning and delivery of digital activity via social media and the website. This could include updating webpages and sharing supporter messages on social media.
