Learning and Development Administrator (Part-time)

Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Administrator in Birmingham (flexible working - one day per week in the office) on a part-time basis (3 - 4 days per week) where you will provide high-quality co-ordination and administrative support for all workforce development qualifications.

Please note, this role is part-time and the salary on show is the FTE.

As Learning and Development Administrator, you will:
- Promote the Learning and Development portfolio and responding to enquiries
- Provide administrative support, including ordering and posting certificates
- Process applications and register learners
- Take bookings from customers for events

The successful applicant will:
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Have at least 2 years' experience of working in a learning and development role
- Have experience on learner management systems, including Moodle
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
