Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator for social welfare related charity based in London in order to cover busy period of 4 months.


Start day: first week of February

To excel in this role you ll need to be organised, collaborative and resourceful and have a good understanding of a variety of marketing channels. You ll work closely with the project delivery and commercial teams and play a central role in communicating the impact the charity is having in thousands of schools across the UK. Your role will involve the marketing of the charity commercial products so knowledge of how to drive online engagement is essential. You ll help design and develop the charity s bright, engaging brand too.

Key Responsibilities will include:

To coordinate the production of effective and targeted communications and marketing. This includes preparing briefs and working with and monitoring external agencies and suppliers, ensuring they provide high quality and value for money communications services.
To ensure that our communications are tailored effectively to reach specific project audiences.
This role will be focussed on marketing.
You will be heavily involved in the promotion of the charity corporate sponsors for their biggest PR campaign.
You will support the Head of Communications and the Media and Communications Manager in ensuring all communications are on brand.

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Excellent marketing experience.
Experience of working with CRM systems
Excellent writing skills
Attention to detail
A knowledge of the workplace market would be an additional extra
