Multimedia Content Producer

Job description

Harris Hill is working with a medical/ health based charity, supporting their search for a Multimedia Content Producer, starting ASAP until March 2022.

The post holder will help support the smooth running of the marketing team, working on content production across a variety of formats primarily video and design, as well as editorial, marketing and administrative tasks, as required; to help further the team's aim of promoting and raising informed awareness of the charities work.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities
Video support the wider team with the creation and editing of video projects, working closely with the content manager
Design - undertake design tasks, such as creating posters, web banners and social media assets, answer queries about our guidelines and work with external designers, agencies and contractors, to brief in, and deliver projects that cannot be managed in house
Maintain and update libraries of assets help manage the image library and quote bank and help teams to identify suitable assets for their projects
Proofreading and writing support the Content Manager by proof reading and writing supporter stories and blog posts and liaising with them for photos and permissions etc
Insights work with the digital team to identify content trends and ensure we are delivering the right content to the right audiences
Administration - oversee the administration of the leaflets series, coordinating with our fulfilment company and printer to ensure stock.

Essential experience:
Knowledge of video editing software ie iMovie, Premier Pro, After Effects etc
Experience of Adobe InDesign packages
Experience of working within a communications or marketing environment
Experience of planning and delivering projects
Excellent communication skills including face to face, phone and written
