I am delighted to be working with an amazing refugee support charity searching for a temporary Operations Director for a 3-month contract. This exciting role is to oversee all operational aspects of the charity's growth as the organisation scales to meet the demand of their programme related to the situation in the Ukraine.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Director responsible for ensuring the organisations fast growing operational teams are onboarded and supported and managed to deliver high quality services. This is a 'hands on' role within a rapidly growing humanitarian intervention focusing on people, process and tech requirements, planning and implementation.

Skill requirement:
To oversee and manage the entire operations team, made up of caseworkers, caseworker lead, safeguarding experts, interpreters and translators etc
To provide effective leadership to the operations team and demonstrate a clear ability to prioritise activities in order to meet agreed KPI's and to successfully run the programme
To develop and implement the organisations plan for scale
To lead the end-to-end lifecycle from application to success matching
To lead and support on the development of required processes and creation of materials required for delivery
To implement a learning culture and drive rapid and consistent operational improvements.
To work with teams across the organisation, keeping them appraised of relevant information, performance data, budgets, resourcing needs etc
To provide verbal and written status updates for team meetings, governance meetings and relevant working groups.
