Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

As Programme Manager you will oversee the Justice Lab and Artivism Awards.

The Justice Lab is a Fellowship program for legal professionals to spend 18 months developing a clearly defined body of work or project in support of ground-breaking and innovative legal work that speaks to the foundation’s deep commitment to climate justice and human rights for all. The Artivism Awards is an opportunity for activist artists, arts collectives and organizations around the world to use the arts as a call to action to non-violently instigate measurable change in a community.

Key responsibilities include Fellow selection and onboarding, providing ongoing support to Fellows from around the world with various economic, social and technological challenges, staying on top of monitoring and evaluation of Fellow’s work, and anticipating additional support Fellows may need.

For this position, 80% of the Programme Manager’s time will focus on the Justice Lab and 20% on the Artivism Awards. The Programme Manager should have proven logistical ability to plan and coordinate inclusive events for diverse groups (virtual and in-person). The Justice Lab is a new and evolving programme. The ability to work within a dynamic and changing environment is essential.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic Programme Manager who is comfortable working with Fellows and their host organisations, has the ability to develop and manage programming for and with diverse groups, and has excellent organisation and administrative experience and skills.

If you’re an experienced Programme Manager with a deep understanding of legal work in service to social justice advocacy and activism, and have worked in fields of social justice, human rights and community development, please do get in touch for more information!

Please note, applications are being considered on a rolling basis and only successful candidates will be contacted with further information.
