A charity are looking for a Programme Delivery Executive to deliver and project manage all aspects of their key corporate programmes. This will include a range of duties such as project management, client liaison, coordination of logistics, invoicing and reporting, marketing and development of supporting resources and materials.

You will also provide general administrative support to the Commercial team. It will be accountable for administration duties to support the commercial business around exhibition, sponsorship, and advertising sales. Please note this post is a 12-month FTC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Compassionate Employers Member's Hub, working with the Compassionate Employers Lead to develop engaging, dynamic and relevant content and materials for members' employees
  • Coordinate all aspects of training workshops, including virtual delivery, booking venues and facilitators, client liaison, preparing supporting documents and resources
  • Act as first point of call for all enquiries relating to the Compassionate Employers programme
  • Monitor the employee wellbeing/health/mental health marketplace, identifying opportunities for promotion and collaboration
  • Support the Business Development Manager (Commercial) to fulfil event and conference sponsorship sales, liaise with commercial partners (clients) and manage contracts and invoicing
  • Support the team to monitor and demonstrate the value and impact of the activity and projects
  • Monitor income and expenditure and ensure that all clients are correctly invoiced

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience of programme or project delivery
  • Experience in working in an administrative role
  • Experience of using databases
  • Proficient in the use of IT tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet
  • Experience of working on a number of tasks simultaneously, at times under pressure and delivering to deadlines
  • Demonstrable people skills and the ability to work effectively with others both internally and externally
  • Ability to work across teams and departments in a collaborative manner and to proactively engage colleagues on projects and initiatives
