Prospect Research and Operations Manager

Job description

Harris Hill is delighted to be partnering with the Royal Free Charity on a selection of new fundraising roles as they continue to enter a new period of growth. The Royal Free Charity’s dynamic fundraising department generated £6m in 21/22, and they are now preparing for an ambitious multi-million-pound campaign in support of a ground-breaking cancer centre on the site of the Royal Free Hospital.

A brand new role they are looking to recruit is a Prospect Research and Operations Manager position. This role will lead and deliver the charity’s prospect research strategy, manage effective prospect management systems, processes and policies, and grow a healthy pipeline to support patients and staff at the RFL by helping the fundraising team to meet and report on targets.

The Prospect Research and Operations Manager will play a vital role within our Philanthropy & Campaigns team, using insight and expertise, and working closely with a range of stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience working in a research function, ideally in the charity sector.

    • Experience delivering research according to a brief, understanding requirements, expectations and relevant legislation.

    • Experience working with a relationship database, developing supporter journeys and using analysis to identify and segment prospects.
