Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a national community-development charity in their search for a Senior Digital Officer.  

This is an exciting role to own and oversee an organisation’s digital platforms. As Senior Digital Officer you will manage the organisations website, microsites and email and digital asset management systems.

A digital native, you will provide expert technical knowledge, bringing together data and audience-led insights to inform decision-making across all digital platforms, creating brilliant user experiences for all audiences.

It is an exciting time as the organisation develops their strategic priorities for the next phase of work, you will support this strategy by leading and embedding digital best practice with colleagues across the organisation.

This organisation is one of the most radical and exciting grant programmes ever launched by a major lottery funder. The programme was designed not just to provide funding for projects in areas that had historically missed out, but to do so in a way that would build community capacity, confidence and skills in the longer term. The Policy Team was set up to amplify the learning and champion the change that residents want to see in their areas. They aim to influence government and policymakers around the benefits of a hyper-local, bottom-up approach to policymaking. To do this they run campaigns, commission research, run events and submit evidence from the programme to the government and other bodies.

The ideal candidate for the role will have:

-        Expert knowledge of digital platforms including content management, email and CRM

-        Demonstrable experience managing and maintaining websites and microsites

-        Excellent knowledge of SEO and user experience   

-        A data led approach with ability to use insight to improve function

Location – London (Hybrid working)

Contract – Permanent - Full and Part Time Options Available 

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000
