Leading children's charity is seeking a Senior (Fundraising) Integration Manager to support the charity's Fundraising Department's strategic plans by delivering integrated campaigns and other Fundraising projects. They will operate as a dedicated project manager, responsible for the delivery and performance of campaigns and projects, including, but not limited to, an integrated Christmas campaign. As a key member of the Innovation team, they will work with the Head of Innovation to drive an opportunistic, audience-first and robust test and learn approach to campaign development.

The Fundraising team is responsible for raising circa 43 million annually from legacies, individuals, communities, corporates, trusts, events and philanthropists. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in enabling integration and collaboration across the Fundraising team and the wider organisation, through the management of integrated campaigns and projects which impact multiple teams. They will have responsibility for leading the development, delivery, measurement, growth and engagement of integrated campaigns and special projects.
