This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious organisation as their Senior Social Media & Communications Officer.
You will join the organisations successful communications department as the teams Social Media expert – refreshing the organisations social media strategy and injecting creativity.
Your strong written skills and ability to story tell will allow you to produce impactful and engaging content across multiple platforms.
You will be an innovative thinker with examples of previous success delivering impactful and inventive social media campaigns and communications to support your ideas.
Your interest in media and strong written ability will allow you to support the team with wider communications including PR & Media relations activities.
Set up by government in 2015, this organisations mission is to help every young person to find their best next step. They are the national body for careers education in England and their goal is to make high quality, 21st century careers education a reality for everyone, everywhere. They seek to do this by supporting Careers Leaders, linking employers with schools and colleges through Careers Hubs, and providing practical tools and resources. In all cases seeking to work in partnership to bring about sustainable, system change.
The ideal candidate for the role will have:
- Excellent Social Media experience
- Experience delivering creative and impactful content across multiple channels
- Strong written ability with a flair for storytelling
- Solid experience working in a busy Communications team
- Media relations experience (or a strong interest)
Location – London (Hybrid working)
Contract – Permanent
Salary - £33,000 - £40,000
