Job description

I am currently looking for a Team Administrator to join the Commercial team of a housing and development charity. Your role will be to provide high quality administrative support across the team in order to maintain an effective and efficient working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Raising sales invoices and other appropriate paperwork, monitoring payments and returning deposits to ensure that income generated is invoiced and received.
Maintain an up to date register of all commercial leases, licences and management agreements across the portfolio.
Act as the main point of contact for all tenant liaison activity and ensure internal departments and external authorities are updated.
The weekly ordering of catering for conference centre bookings and updating of the weekly activity diary.
Update the commercial databases.
Provide event support as required across the commercial team.
Provide full support to the Head of Commercial to provide an efficient and effective working environment.
