Trust Fundraiser

Job description

Harris Hill is seeking an interim Trust Fundraiser for 8 weeks in Leicestershire.

The role is full time and whilst is office based, can be worked from home after initial induction.

Duties:

Lead the development and authoring of bids and proposals to Trusts and Foundations, Big Lottery, Government (national and local) and other funding Invitations to Tender / Requests for Proposals
Prepare high quality presentations to potential funders
Work with the Innovation team and Heads of Department to scope out and cost a pipeline of projects aligned to our mission and strategy, to respond to funding opportunities as they arise
Responsible for ensuring the funding submissions are compliant with all relevant Fundraising, ISO and other regulatory or governance requirements.

Experience
Proven experience of successful bid writing from a range of sources,
including trusts and foundations,government, big lottery or other relevant
sources.
Proven ability to think strategically.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful
fundraising initiatives and processes.
Experience of researching and funding opportunities.
Comprehensive knowledge of bid writing techniques.
Track record if securing funding.

Rates are £16.48ph plus holiday pay PAYE or £21ph as Ltd/Umbrella.
