They’re recruiting a Senior Direct Marketing Officer – Lottery & Lead Generation
and, despite the “Officer” title, this is very much a senior role with real scope and responsibility
— titles in this team can be misleading, so please don’t let that put you off.
You’ll be joining a genuinely warm, collaborative fundraising team and will take ownership of the entire Lottery & Lead Generation programme
. This includes shaping strategy, delivering multi-channel campaigns, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of the lottery product.
There’s a strong agency management focus
, working closely with an external lottery partner and direct dialogue agencies, alongside line management responsibility for a team of three
. Candidates who have managed at least one person and are ready to step up are very welcome.
You’ll be office-based around 50% of the week
