An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Fundraising Lead - Regular Giving to take responsibility for achieving income and regular giving supporter growth targets for the Trust through a variety of recruitment activities and marketing campaigns using membership products.
The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to secure income generation and growth and an increase in the number of financial regular giving supporters through face to face fundraising activity, direct marketing campaigns and marketing partnerships. You will also lead and manage the delivery teams for financial regular giving activity and face to face recruiters.
The role requires someone to be able to demonstrate experience within marketing/fundraising, with specialist knowledge of donor acquisition and regular giving, across multiple channels. Experience of financial management including budgeting and achieving financial targets is important as well as proven management and leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a multi-discipline, cross functional team.
