With an extensive and highly successful track record in the recruitment industry, he is actively involved in all senior executive campaigns that we handle.

Aled read Physics at Oxford University, spent 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has been a CEO for 19 years with a number of firms; broad-ranging experience which he is able to bring to the evaluation of candidates.

He has recruited for numerous high-profile and smaller organisations including  Samaritans, Parkinson's, Alexandra Palace, U3A  and  Diabetes UK.
