She is known for her relationship-led approach, strong market insight and ability to understand the nuances of organisations’ missions, cultures and leadership needs.

As Deputy CEO, Faye plays a key role in shaping strategy and takes overall responsibility for the delivery of recruitment campaigns, including senior and complex appointments. She works in close partnership with clients, boards and senior leaders to ensure a thoughtful, high-quality recruitment experience and successful, long-term outcomes.
