Jenny has eight years’ experience in Executive Search, five of which she has spent at Harris Hill recruiting to Director, CEO and non-executive roles in the charity and not for profit sectors. Prior to this she worked on senior financial services appointments across London, Europe and the Middle East with a boutique city search firm. ​

Jenny's placements include Chief Executives at St Elizabeth Hospice, ELBA, Compton Care, Prior’s Court Foundation, Meath Epilepsy Trust, Montessori St Nicholas Charity, St Michael’s Hospice (Hereford), Young Devon, CXK and the British Youth Council.

Non-executive placements include the founding Chair (as well as the CEO) at the Newcastle Parks and Allotments Trust, Chairs at Contact a Family and The Reading Agency, three trustees of Alternative Futures Group and a trustee and three members of the investment advisory committee at Parkinson’s UK.

She has a BA in English and Related Literature from the University of York.
