About the Role:
As Contract Corporate Partnership Manager, you will take strategic ownership of a portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and maximised income generation. Working 28 hours per week with flexible arrangements, you will lead the development and delivery of corporate fundraising plans, oversee forecasting and reporting, and manage a small team to deliver against agreed KPIs. Your work will be central to growing sustainable income streams and elevating the organisation’s profile with corporate stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a corporate partnership strategy to grow income and deepen engagement with existing and new corporate partners.
* Manage and nurture a portfolio of corporate accounts, acting as the main point of contact to ensure effective delivery of partnership activities and benefits.
* Lead the management of the Corporate Partnership Officer and Corporate Partnership Coordinator, setting objectives, providing coaching, and overseeing workload and performance.
* Create tailored partnership proposals, pitches, and renewal plans that align corporate objectives with organisational goals and impact.
* Oversee revenue forecasting and regular income reporting, ensuring accurate tracking against targets and informing senior stakeholders of performance and risks.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop compelling corporate fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.
* Maintain and strengthen stakeholder relationships across partner organisations, including senior decision-makers, to secure long-term support and new opportunities.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify and pursue new corporate fundraising and sponsorship opportunities.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience managing corporate partnerships or corporate fundraising accounts, with demonstrable success in income generation.
* Strong track record in strategic partnership development, including identifying, cultivating, and securing new corporate relationships.
* Experience in account management, with the ability to manage multiple corporate stakeholders and deliver against agreed objectives.
* Competence in revenue forecasting and reporting, including using CRM or similar systems to monitor performance and pipeline.
* Demonstrated line management experience, including goal-setting, performance management, and team development.
* Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
* Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work autonomously within a part-time, flexible schedule.
* Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce persuasive proposals and presentations.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in the charity or non-profit sector, specifically within corporate fundraising.
* Background in developing cause-related marketing campaigns or strategic CSR partnerships.
* Familiarity with budgeting and financial analysis related to fundraising and partnership activities.
* Experience working in a hybrid environment, coordinating both in-person and remote stakeholder engagement.
* Knowledge of fundraising regulations and best practice in corporate giving and sponsorship.
