Data Support Executive
12-Week Temporary Contract
£24,479 – £25,064 + £3,366 London Weighting (pro rata)
Are you immediately available and looking for a short-term data role where your work genuinely contributes to protecting children?
We’re supporting a nationally recognised children’s charity to recruit a Data Support Executive on a 12-week temporary contract. The organisation relies heavily on voluntary income to fund its life-changing services — and the accuracy of its supporter data is fundamental to making that possible.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data in a busy, purpose-driven environment and can quickly add value to a high-performing team.
The Role
You’ll be joining the Income Generation function, supporting a fast-paced Data Processing team responsible for handling high volumes of donation and supporter information.
With millions of supporter records and significant annual income to process, the team plays a critical role in ensuring that data is handled accurately, securely and in line with compliance requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Preparing, importing and validating supporter data within core database systems
-
Ensuring income and supporter information is processed accurately and on time
-
Supporting financial reconciliation and data integrity checks
-
Responding to queries from internal colleagues and external fundraising partners
-
Assisting the wider team with administrative and process support
Given the short-term nature of this contract, the team is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and work confidently with structured processes.
About You
You’ll likely have previous experience in a data, CRM or income processing role and feel comfortable working with large datasets.
We’re looking for someone who:
-
Has experience working with databases and understands data accuracy principles
-
Has knowledge of financial or income-related processes
-
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
-
Can manage workload effectively in a busy environment
-
Communicates clearly and professionally
-
Brings a positive, proactive approach to team working
Why Apply?
Alongside the opportunity to support work that makes a tangible difference to children’s lives, the organisation offers:
-
29 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
-
Increasing to 32 days after five years’ service
-
Access to an employee discounts platform
-
Employee Assistance Programme
-
Flexible pension scheme
-
Life assurance provision
This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to contribute to meaningful work within a respected national charity.
