I’m keen to speak with digital fundraising and digital communications professionals who have experience delivering exceptional supporter experiences, particularly for those taking part in online fundraising challenges. This is a great opportunity to join a Mental Health Charity’s Digital and Experiential team, based in East London, in a hybrid role, for a 12 month FTC.
The Digital Fundraising Officer role focuses on creating engaging, insight-driven experiences that motivate and support fundraisers throughout their journey — helping them feel confident, connected and valued, while ultimately deepening their loyalty to the organisation.
The role will involve developing personalised engagement and communications strategies, using data and insight to enhance the supporter experience across online and digital channels, including Meta-led products and social media platforms.
You will bring:
- Experience in multi-channel marketing (digital, social, influencer, email, and offline) to drive fundraising and engagement.
- Knowledge of Meta-led products such as Social Challenges and Celebration Fundraising
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with supporters and suppliers across a range of channels including mail, e-mail, telephone, face-to-face, and online.
If you have experience delivering digital fundraising journeys or engaging supporters through online fundraising challenges, I’d be really interested in hearing from you and discussing the opportunity further.
