Harris Hill is delighted to be working with National Parks Partnerships to recruit an Events and CRM Manager.

Salary: £37,296 per annum

Contract: One-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension)

Location: Home-based with occasional UK travel

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, ambitious organisation that works with the UK's 15 National Parks to develop partnerships that generate investment, support conservation and help tackle the climate and biodiversity crises.

As Events and CRM Manager, you'll lead on the planning and delivery of a varied programme of events while overseeing the organisation's CRM and supporting the effective use of its systems. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you'll help ensure events run smoothly, data is managed effectively and systems support the organisation's wider goals.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience managing internal and external events from planning through to delivery.
  • Strong CRM experience, including administration, reporting and supporting users.
  • Experience developing and improving systems and processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently in a remote team.
  • An interest in environmental issues and a passion for the UK's National Parks.

In return, you'll join a supportive and flexible organisation offering fully remote working, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, professional development opportunities and the chance to make a real impact supporting the UK's National Parks.

Please note, CVs are being reviewed on a rolling basis, and only successful applicants will be contacted with more information.
