Head of Corporate Development

Harris Hill are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected international charity to recruit a Head of Corporate Development.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a growing corporate fundraising programme within a values-led organisation making a real global impact. You'll combine strategic relationship management with new business development, working with corporate partners across the UK, Europe and internationally.

A real highlight of the role is the opportunity for international travel (approximately 6–7 weeks per year), with recent trips including Singapore, Japan, Dubai and across Europe.

The Role

You'll lead corporate fundraising, delivering an annual income target of around £900,000 through a diverse portfolio of corporate partnerships. Rather than relying on a handful of major donors, income is generated through a broad range of corporate supporters, making both relationship management and business development key to success.

You'll also lead a small team, use CRM data to inform fundraising activity and work closely with senior stakeholders.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong corporate fundraising experience.
  • Enjoys both account management and new business.
  • Is a confident relationship builder who isn't afraid to make the ask.
  • Is commercially minded and solutions-focused.
  • Is comfortable using CRM systems and fundraising data.
  • Has people management experience.
  • Is excited by working with UK and international partners.

Why Apply?

You'll join an organisation with an exceptional culture and an ambitious fundraising team that has grown from 3 people in 2017 to 14 today. It's a collaborative environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine global impact.

How to Apply

Please submit your CV and a supporting statement of no more than 500 words outlining your suitability for the role by 12:00pm on Friday 28 August 2026.

First-round interviews: Monday 7 or Tuesday 8 September 2026 (virtual)
Second-round interviews: Thursday 24 September 2026 (London)
