Harris Hill is recruiting for a Head of Finance for this well-established Charity based in Wiltshire (Hybrid)
- Job Title: Head of Finance
- Position: Full Time, Permanent role.
- Salary: to £45.000pa
- Reporting to: CEO
- Hybrid Working: 2 days a week is required at their offices
- Hours: 9 – 5, with flexible working offered. Including 4 days a week
- Ideally, you will be a Qualified Accountant, although someone with extensive charity experience may be considered.
The position:
Looking for an exceptional person stepping up into a Head of Finance role, or a well-established Finance professional to be part of the Senior Leadership Team to help shape our future.
This is far more than a finance role. Working closely with our CEO and Finance & Risk Committee, you’ll provide strategic financial leadership and oversee governance and compliance.
If you have good strategic skills, and hands-on financial management, comfortable presenting financials to the Board, whilst leading budgeting and forecasting, managing risk and compliance, and supporting day-to-day finance operations. This role will be good for you.
