Harris Hill is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic national charity in their search for an Individual Giving Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale the Individual Giving programme from an early stage, shaping propositions, channels and supporter journeys to drive sustainable growth.
As Individual Giving Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of the Individual Giving acquisition and supporter development programme. You will own acquisition targets and budgets, develop and optimise multi-channel campaigns, and build long-term supporter value through regular giving, retention, mid-value and legacy giving. You will use audience insight, segmentation and performance data to identify and engage priority audiences, develop compelling fundraising propositions and deliver targeted, personalised campaigns. You will also oversee effective supporter journeys, stewardship and care, ensuring audiences are engaged throughout the supporter lifecycle.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Proven track record of delivering successful acquisition or Individual Giving campaigns that meet income or growth targets
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing or fundraising campaigns
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to translate insight into high-performing campaigns
