A growing charity supporting boys and men is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation Lead to strengthen impact measurement, quality assurance, organisational learning, and data systems across the organisation.
Part-time(28 hours per week / 0.8 FTE) | Hybrid – London
Salary: £32,928 (FTE £41,160)
Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will work closely with senior leadership and programme teams to ensure services are effective, data-informed, and aligned with the charity’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support impact and evaluation frameworks across services
- Embed a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Lead on quality assurance processes and reporting
- Strengthen impact evidence for partnerships and funding
- Support and develop Airtable CRM systems, automations, and training
- Provide data insights and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Support GDPR compliance and data protection processes
- Explore safe and effective use of AI within evaluation and reporting
Person Specification
Essential
- Experience in impact evaluation, quality assurance, CRM oversight, and GDPR compliance
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
- Commitment to values-driven work and continuous improvement
Desirable
- Experience in the charity sector
- Knowledge of youth, family, or social policy
- Experience using AI within evaluation or insight work
- Training in data protection
