Harris Hill is recruiting for a Part Time Head of Finance for this well-established charity based in Swindon (hybrid).
- Job Title: Part Time Head of Finance
- Position: Part Time, Permanent role.
- Salary: to £50.000pa FTE
- Reporting to: CEO
- Hybrid working: 2 days a week is required at their offices
- Hours: 9 – 5, with flexible working offered.
- Ideally, you will be a Qualified Accountant, although someone with extensive charity experience may be considered.

The position:
Looking for a Part Time Head of Finance to be part of the Senior Leadership Team to help shape our future.
This is far more than a finance role. Working closely with our CEO and Finance & Risk Committee, you’ll provide strategic financial leadership and oversee governance and compliance.
If you have good strategic skills and hands-on financial management, and are comfortable presenting financials to the Board whilst leading budgeting and forecasting, managing risk and compliance, and supporting day-to-day finance operations, this role will be good for you.
