Finance Manager
Job description
Harris Hill are recruiting for a Finance Manager for this Charity that supports people who find themselves in financial difficulties based in the City of London
The position will report to the Head of Finance & IT and be responsible for a Finance Assistant
Key experience required are the following:
- Experience in fund and investment accounting is essential
- Regularly monitor and analyses cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for forecasted outgoings.
- Ensure all sources of voluntary and investment income are recorded using Sage 50
- Ensure investment transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled and timely reported on a quarterly basis
- To support the HFIT in the preparation of the quarterly Finance and Investment Committee reports.
- Ensure transactions are correctly recorded between Funds
- A knowledge of charity SORP and charity statutory accounting, and solid experience of the audit and preparation of annual financial accounts
Salary: 45,456 - 47,994 pa plus excellent benefits
- A maximum 15% annual performance related pay bonus (discretionary)
