Head of Finance
Job description
Harris Hill are working with fantastic Health care charity to find a Head of Finance. The job role will last between 3 to 6 months. Duties will include: 
 
Key responsibilities 
 
Lead and support the annual budgeting process (including forecasting future scenarios) of the senior management, staff and projects for all entities 
 
Lead the management of cash flows, foreign exchange and investment policy, working closely with the CEO and under the policy guidance of the Governing Board and F&I committee 
 
Advise and support the HR team in managing outsourced payroll relationships in the UK, Denmark and Germany (including monthly payroll, pension and additional employee benefits); and other secondments, and appropriate contracts for services 
 
Manage leasing arrangements and associated management issues connected with the offices in London, Denmark and Germany 
 
Contribute to the Central Executive Team's collective planning and monitoring processes, including financial reporting and associated business performance metrics 
 
Key skills 
 
A degree in finance, business administration or equivalent 
 
Extensive experience in strategic planning and budgeting for organizations with an income of at least 5 million; and the management of financial and supporting infrastructure systems 
 
Demonstrable experience of managing finance departments and major financial projects or initiatives, including experience of negotiating agreements and managing vendor relationships 
 
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel, accountancy software packages (such as Xero, Microsoft Dynamics/FRX Reporting), Microsoft Word and Outlook 
 
An internationally recognized chartered accountancy qualification and strong technical accountancy skills
