Job description

Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting a renowned national children's charity in their search for a Head of Fundraising and Communications.

As Head of Fundraising and Communications, you will be contributing across the organisation on strategic direction and plans for growth and sustainability through core income generation and communications. You will be supporting the Director of Development to implement the fundraising and communications strategies. You will also lead, motivate and manage the fundraising and communications team, including regularly performance to deliver against objectives and budgets.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record of securing substantial income and building long term relationships

  • Experience of managing high performing teams to achieve objectives

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to negotiate and deliver presentation to all manner of audiences

  • Experience in different areas of fundraising, marketing and communications

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Permanent, Full-time (4 days also considered)
Location: Office based in Amersham with flexible hybrid working
