Job description

I’m excited to be working on behalf of a brilliant charity as they look to recruit a driven leader, and decision maker, who is keen for a challenge and able to lead from the front. The Head of Marketing and Communications will help deliver the strategy, and shape future brand, content, creative services, digital and media activity.

This is an exciting time to join the charity which has grown rapidly recently, with income doubling over the last three years, therefore being able to significantly expand its services and the number of people it supports.

Your role will be to help create and foster a sustained climate of positive, informed awareness of this fast-moving and fast-growing health charity, in order to deliver effective fundraising, influencing and service delivery. In return the charity offers the opportunity to make the role your own, have autonomy and excellent scope for progression.

You will have substantial experience of:

  • Managing a team
  • Understanding of comms, marketing, brand and media relations
  • Working closely with digital teams

Based in East London,

Salary £50,000

33 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Flexible working patterns including 1 day from home.
