Harris Hill are recruiting for a Part Time Director of Finance & Resources for this Children's Charity based in Hampshire.

Our client is a growing charity, set to establish and grow new income from social enterprise and an increasingly diverse mix of fundraising activities.

You will be a Qualified Accountant who can bring experience of financial management, financial analysis skills and strategic planning skills with an eye for detail. Hopefully you will have a can-do attitude with the ability to relate to and communicate with colleagues across departments. You will particularly need to be able to communicate financial concepts to non-finance colleagues and to build collegiate relationships.

Part of the position is to be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the chief executive to develop long-term financial plans for the organisation, and deputising for her on occasion as required.
You will lead a small team, so hands on skills is required for this position.

This is a Part Time position working 3 days a week

Salary 66,500pa - (Pro-Rata 40,000pa for 3 days a week)
