Performance Marketing Officer

Harris Hill has an opening for a Performance Marketing Officer to join a national children's charity for 6 months, on a full time basis.

 

This role will focus on email marketing but will include marketing campaigns. Your role will encompass the use of marketing, especially email but also paid social, display, PPC, and SEO, to play a key role in maximising engagement and income for the charity from supporters and potential supporters.

 

It can be hybrid or totally remote, however the salary would reflect this. Remote based would be £26388 plus £500 work from home allowance. Hybrid at their London office will be £26388 plus £3366 working allowance.

 

To be considered, you will have the following experience:

 

Experience in delivery of email as a part of customer/ supporter acquisition and retention strategies.

Experience of successfully operating the delivery of email campaigns from design and creation, data segmentation and reporting. (You should have web-based email marketing tools (Ideally Adestra), Photoshop, Dreamweaver/HTML/CSS and web and social networking analytics tools).

Experience of managing digital, communications or marketing projects successfully from inception to closure, scheduling, finding solutions to problems, and communicating effectively.

Excellent project management skills.
