Senior Individual Giving and Legacies Executive
Job description
Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a charity in their search for a new Senior Individual Giving and Legacies Executive role. The organisation has an ambitious new five year strategy that this role will feed into. The post holder will be responsible for the growth and management of a variety of income streams, including; Payroll giving, Regular giving, Legacy giving, In-memory giving and DM appeals.
Location: London once a week on a Tuesday
Salary: £39,000
Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2025
What are the key responsibilities:
- Work with the Events and Supporter Engagement Team to develop and improve their supporter engagement and donor journeys for their individual supporters, including one-off and regular givers, lapsed supporters, payroll givers, in memory and celebration givers and legators.
- Work with the Officer to manage enquiries, stewardship mailings, on-line activity, and sending well written and timely thank you letters and other correspondence to supporters.
- Develop the legacy marketing programme including working with colleagues across Income Generation to promote legacy giving.
- Manage their in memory and in celebration programmes with the aim of increasing our offering to supporters.
Experience:
The successful candidate will have proven experience in an Individual Giving or Legacy Fundraising environment. You will have excellent organisation skills and some experience of managing different projects. You will be confident collaborating with a small team and have the ability to work well across teams, both externally and internally.
