Senior Individual Giving Officer

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a UK learning disability charity to recruit a Senior Individual Giving Officer. As Senior Individual Giving Officer you will be responsible for delivering the individual giving strategy by managing a range of direct marketing campaigns to existing supporters to encourage continued engagement and giving. You will also recruit new supporters, inspiring them to give for the first time and plan their ongoing supporter journey.

With equal focus over both retention and acquisition activities, you will project manage a variety of campaigns across cause-led and prize-led activities, and across a variety of channels.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include;

  • Planning, managing and delivering a range of direct marketing campaigns to retain existing and acquire new supporters.

  • Producing clear Data, Comms and Supporter Care briefs in-line with team strategy for your own campaigns.

  • Managing relationships with key external stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.

  • Managing the development of a high-quality supporter journey.

  • Use data and insight to improve campaigns, and to broaden and diversify our audience reach.

 If you have a good grasp of managing a traditional programme including, lottery, raffles, campaigns and appeals, possibly with some digital fundraising experience, then I want to hear from you.
