Senior Performance Marketing Officer

Job description

Harris Hill has a 6 month contract opening at a national children's charity, for a Senior Performance Marketing Officer on a hybrid or remote basis.

The Senior Performance Marketing Officer will work across teams within the charity to plan, deliver and optimise campaigns and content. You will work closely with teams to develop and implement successful marketing strategies to help meet objectives and income targets.

You will be asked to monitor, evaluate and optimise marketing campaigns on the fly, whilst collaborating with stakeholders to develop SMART campaigns briefs, digital plans and deliverables to achieve campaigns objectives.

To be considered, you will have substantial experience of delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns as part of a customer/ supporter acquisition and retention strategy.
You will have managed marketing, communications or digital projects from inception to closure, scheduling, finding solutions to problems and communicating effectively throughout.
Possession of a good understanding of campaigns tracking will be essential as you work with web analytics and data teams to review and improve campaign performance.


This role can be worked on a hybrid or remote basis. However, the salary will either include ILW of £3366pa or remote workers £500ps added to their salary. PWe can discuss this upon application
