Administration Assistant

Job description

I am excited to be working alongside an amazing walking charity in search of a capable and enthusiastic Administrator on a part-time (2 day week) 5-month temporary contract. Your role as Administrator will see you provide effective support to the Local Impact Department and Project Delivery Teams. This will include responding to admin requests, dealing with internal resource orders, and supporting internal and external meetings and events.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Maintain an accurate and efficient project resource order system, including managing stock levels and the distribution of resources to project teams
Ordering of ID badges and equipment for Local Impact staff.
Book meeting venues and associated admin requirements for project and team meetings/away days, including venues, accommodation, catering requirements, group train bookings etc
Provide data entry support for beneficiary data collected through activities and events
