Job description

A wonderful children's charity are looking to recruit their next Administrator on a 3 month interim basis.

This is a full-time role based in the charity's office in Putney, London. Due to the urgent nature of this vacancy, only candidates with immediate availability can be considered.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Act as the first point of contact by meeting and greeting guests and responding to all general enquiries
  • Arrange meetings and manage the meeting room diaries
  • Write accurate and concise minutes at meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for domestic and international business trips
  • Manage printing and general office supplies
  • Maintain a register of complaints and safeguarding incidents


Skills and experience required:

  • Educated to GCSE level or above
  • Previous experience in an administration or reception role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fantastic attention to detail and ability to take accurate minutes
