National children's charity is seeking an Associate Head of Legacy & Tribute Fundraising. Legacy giving is the second-largest income source for the charity, with millions of pounds in donations coming in the form of gifts in wills.

The organisation is planning for significant growth in the legacy pipeline and tribute fundraising in the coming years and is looking for an ambitious and collaborative fundraiser to join the team and lead on the strategy and activation to achieve this.

Candidates for this position should have experience that covers:
- Developing and implementing a legacy strategy, working across mass marketing and relationship fundraising audiences and teams
- Managing a fundraising team and working in a matrix structure
- Collaboration, building relationships and reporting on legacy fundraising activity
- Developing legacy and tribute marketing campaigns and messaging
