Business Manager
Salary: £45,000

The Business Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the charity and ensuring the company is compliant in line with all funding agreements and companies house requirements. The post holder will provide direction to the team with the aim of creating and embedding operational management policies and processes and management of staff and creating an improved culture of delivering timely results.

Person specification
- Strong management skills with experience of operating complex projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and customers
- Track record of embedding systems and processes;
- Ability to set performance indicators to delivery plan
- Experience of managing and developing staff, including the establishment of a positive performance culture where continuous improvement is achieved
- A demonstrable commitment to customer service
